| BOLT has helped us take a company we recently acquired from a completely manual system to a fully integrated automated system. This was no easy task as the employees there were used to doing things their way for ten plus years. Things were disorganized. Customers were billed different amounts for the same runs. Many services provided were never billed to the customer. Drivers’ pay was inconsistent as well. BOLT supported us through the culture change, assisted with the integration into our accounting system, and has provided numerous enhancements to the system to help support our business. With the implementation of BOLT, we have been able to achieve consistent, accurate and timely billing to our customers. Drivers are now being paid on a consistent and accurate basis. Payroll errors have dropped significantly. We no longer miss invoicing the customer for a load. Once an order is entered into BOLT, it is tracked through to delivery, billing and driver settlement. |

| BOLT has saved me time by being able to enter all dispatch information in one location and keep track of payables and receivables. The one thing BOLT offers that others do not (at an economical cost) is Fuel Tracking for IFTA purposes. If I didn’t have BOLT, I would have to get all drivers to keep mileage records from state to state and there would be many mistakes made which would cost me money. I am a firm believer in the BOLT program and will continue usage for a long time to come. |

BOLT is much easier to use than the system I used to use. I must provide payroll and expense information to our drivers with the detail they need but in a manner they understand – BOLT does this for me and very easily! | BOLT is the best system I have ever used. I have been around the block with dispatch systems, and none can compare to BOLT. I love how easy it is to add the loads and then move right over to invoicing. We recently hired a former driver of ours to work in our office, and he had no computer experience at all up to that point. He was able to pick up the system fully within 3 days! You can’t ask for more than that. By far, the easiest transportation system I have ever seen or used. The customer service is great. They are always there to help out when I need anything. You cannot beat BOLT! |

| We love the accessibility that BOLT gives us. Before BOLT, when a driver called in at odd hours of the night and needed more information about their load, someone either had to go to the office to get it or work the night shift. Now with BOLT, the online accessibility lets us access the system no matter where we are, without having to go to the office. This really makes a huge difference in our business.
